Refund & Return Policy

At Undo, your satisfaction matters. Because our hangover strips are a consumable wellness product, we handle returns a little differently than most stores.

All Sales Final on Consumables

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. All sales of consumable products are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right at no cost to you. Contact us at Justundolastnight@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will ship a free replacement within 3 business days or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ days or your package appears lost, email us, and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it or send a replacement.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, orders enter fulfillment and can no longer be changed or canceled.
